Minutes of the 2010 Annual Meeting

Present: Russ Blaesing, Steve Camron, Mark Evens, Terry Madden, Ken Powell, Jim Schaefer, Jeff Surfus and 15 other men from the Men’s fellowship

1. We opened at 10:45 AM. Russ recapped the past year with the Men’s council and Men’s fellowship.
2. We brainstormed ideas for events in the upcoming year
   • • constructing a basketball court
     • constructing a volleyball court
     • constructing a disc golf course
     • fixing up/relocating the game room
     • having men “posted” at the game room or sports court to engage kids
     • starting to look for speakers/themes for men’s dinner
     • putting together a men’s fellowship event calendar, including when to get started preparing for events
3. Russ reviewed the new charter for the men’s council – it is approved unanimously
4. Men’s council election
   • Russ Blaesing, Jeff Surfus and Bob Hospadaruk put forward for another two-year term
   • Dave Meyers stepping down
   • John Preston and Jim Carbone step up to be put forward for two-year terms
   • John Russell stepped up for one-year term
   • Slate approved unanimously
